Pilot Instrument Rating
You can start your instrument training at any time, but it is recommended to stay focused on your Private Pilot certificate and Checkride prior to engaging with Instrument training. Time Building - Simulated Instrument
This time-building rate reflects block time purchased in 10-hour increments.
You will need to have the minimum hours that meet the aeronautical experience requirements of 14CFR61.65 to apply for an Instrument Rating.
This time building option will only apply to your Instrument Rating if you do not require an instructor, and if you have a Safety Pilot on board so that you can fly "under the hood".
Instrument Training and Check Ride Prep
Assuming no previous training, this requires a minimum of 15 hours depending on your situation and needs.
~Note: Some Clients require more than the minimum, some already have some training and only need check ride prep.
Ground Check Ride Prep/Check ride Endorsements
This covers the ground review and endorsement review needed to apply for the Instrument Rating.
~Note: Conducting this session does not guarantee an endorsement will be provided to take the Practical Exam. Additional study/review may be assigned by the recommending instructor as needed.
Commercial Pilot Certificate
You will need to have your Private Pilot Certificate before conducting Commercial Pilot Training.
Time Building
This time-building rate reflects block time purchased in 10 hour increments. You will need to have a minimum of 250 flight hours meeting the aeronautical experience requirements of 14CFR61.121-133 to apply for the Commercial Pilot Certificate.
Flight Check Ride Prep
This can take anywhere from 3-20hours depending on your situation and needs.
Ground Check Ride Prep/Check ride Endorsements
This covers the ground review and endorsement review needed to apply for the Commercial Pilot Certificate
